Please note: Please keep an eye out for your email notification to confirm when your order has been shipped. During this period our couriers receive considerably more parcels than usual and volumes are spread evenly throughout the week to ensure smoother delivery. Delays are more likely to happen. If your order is delayed please do not worry. The packaging we supply your order in will keep the goods frozen for up to 3 days during these colder days. If you are concerned once your order arrives please reach out to the team so we can help and advise.
Find a Stockist
If you don’t manage to get your order in on time, don't panic. You can always visit your local stockist to top up your supplies until we reopen. We recommend you contact your local store to check their opening times before making the trip, as they will vary over this period.

We will be open as usual for collections with the exception of:
- 25th - 26th December: CLOSED
- 27th - 30th December: open as usual
- 31st December - 1st January: CLOSED
- 2nd January: normal opening hours resume
Top tip! If you are limited on freezer space over the Christmas period (as many of us are!), you can use your polybox to store product frozen for up to 48 hours, rotating with the available freezer space you do have.
