Hard to find raw this low in fat for my whippet with pancreatitis. The only one at a similar % (from
another supplier) looked dried out and bland, Bob agreed. But he loved this.
It is way too expensive to use every day though. If you could extend your working dog range to include a proper low fat Chubb (the low purine is barely lower than the chicken) we would be very happy customers

I bought this for Small Dog as she had put on a bit of weight eating the normal Nutriment range from the Starter Pack. It smells disgusting to me and Small Dog refused point blank to eat it. Big Dog, however, who has the (un)refined tastes of an urban fox and will eat anything vaguely food-related, wolfed it down along with his regular food. I’ve gone back to feeding Small Dog Starter Pack food but have cut back at little on the amount I give her and upped her exercise routine. This seems to be working well.

We have tried most varieties of Nutriment and have decided to try the Light version as Millie has put on a kilo or two of late so she is on a month long diet with extra exercise. I noticed immediately on opening the lack the strange smell, really awful in fact but gave it to Millie and she wolfed it down, mind you she is a dog that eats anything, dead old rotten mice, bits of bird wing, deer poo etc so she does not have a sophisticated palate. Texture is good, a little drier than her usual varieties and not sloppy, but no complaints. Hopefully it will help with the weight loss, time will tell.
Delivery as ever was excellent, thanks .

I took on a 5 year old CKC last December and his health was very poor. Within a week of him coming into our home we realised he had a shockingly low immune system. Some of his associated problems included: a solid mass on his larynx which was causing him breathing problems, untreated historical ulcer in his eye, Demodex mange and blisters on his throat and around his mouth. On initial visit to my vet I was advised to take him back to the people I bought him from (yes bought!!) and ask for my money back, but I just couldn’t as we had fallen in love with the wee dude after 12 hours of having him. So I embarked on some online research and contacted a breeder of CKC who advised me to immediately change his diet to Nutriment, which I did. Along with close vet care and lots of alternative supplements, my wee man Charlie has got a new lease of life and most people cannot believe he is the same dog. The tumour is now giving him little visible signs of discomfort, the Demodex is history and he has adopted a boundless enthusiasm for life. However, some of the supplements which have been added to his food are organic coconut oil and Manuka honey which are very calorific. Now that Nutriment light is his food of choice (he scoffs it in no time) we are now managing to get his weight down too.
I must also add your customer service is second to none. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and have even experienced next day delivery on occasion. Can’t wait until the day we can visit your factory and say thanks for assisting Charlie in his new life 🙂
Nutriment products and staff, YOU ROCK!!!!!
