Great food but why put sesame seeds in a dogs food when these are known to cause sensitivity, and this is a senior mix so many dogs might have autoimmune. I never noticed that ingredient before so I will stop buying until and if it is removed. There are other ways to increase bulk in stool such as apple pectin or a little kaolin. A wee bit of apple cider vinegar could help digestion.

My old lab used to get ear infections all the time and as he got older he developed eczema, his chest was bald and weeping all the time, we tried everything. Since starting him on senior, he has a full coat of hai on his chest, no more ear infections and he loves it

My 10 year old cocker loves this food. Postively inhales her meals. Vet says she is fine fettle and I have to agree. Would recommend to anyone. Courier is brilliant and on time. Only downside:- black plastic trays. Unable to recycle. Please look forward for suitable alternative

I switched Elsie, my 8 year old retired ex-racing greyhound to Nutriment Senior after she became fussy on her previous raw feed. Elsie, being retired AND a greyhound is a predictable couch potato, but is like a bullet from a gun twice a day when Nutriment is being served! I also buy the marrow bones for her, which keep her teeth and gums in top condition and to have it all delivered to the door by a top courier is perfect. A re-cycling service for the used cartons would be a great addition but in regard to the food and the service, I cannot recommend enough.

I initially ordered this product because it was easier to restrict my overweight dog’s diet. He liked it so much that I’ve continued to purchase it.

I ordered replacement food for my dog over a week ago and it has still not arrived. As I have run out I have had to buy from a pet store. In future I won’t bother to buy from you.
This is the second time thus has happened.

Dottie is very fussy with her food and its becoming a problem, she will eat some other foods but doesnt seem to enjoy them, others she won’t touch. I tried her with this and she really liked it. I haven’t used it long enough to say any more about it but the fact she likes it is a huge thing! My 12 year old pug likes it too. Will definitely buy more to see how they go on it.

I’ve been feeding Nutriment Senior for some time. In fact, since my vet placed my dog on a complete food diet which was no good at all. I switched to Nutriment and rationed his amount and he soon reached his ideal weight. He is now fed regularly on Nutriment and is thriving.

My dog jack loves this food, and his poo is normal, and much less of it. My vet doesn’t recommend it but I’m going to continue with it

My westies have been having nutriment senior for 5 months now. They love food. Their energy levels have increased and they are very healthy happy dogs. One of them was suffering from skin allergy issues which has completely healed. The black skin has turned to a healthy pink and all the fur has grown back. No more medication or special baths.

I’ve heard such good reports about raw food so decided to switch to raw for both of my westies. One of my dogs has such bad skin allergy problems so this prompted the switch. They love the food and time will tell if it helps with the allergies. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I haven’t tried any other raw food, so can’t claim that this is the best! Although I was impressed by all the veggies, kelp, flaxseed etc that is added to this food.

My 11 year old border collie has recently had surgery to remove her spleen. She made a very quick recovery and has lost no condition whatsoever. Her coat is still like silk on the Senior and it is so easy to manage her weight on this.

We changed from purina’s pro-plan when he started to get really itchy. Within days he was improving – glossier coat, less scratching and smaller no 2s.
He seems happier in himself and is pretty mobile for an old guy.

Thanks to the reviewer who suggested peeling the 1.4kg chubb whilst still frozen. We thaw ours out overnight in old ice-cream containers = not smelly or squidgy to prepare.

My 11 year old border collie is on this food. The soft food suits her as she has a collapsed trachea and has never had any problems on this. Her coat is like silk and she has good clear eyes and is till active. People don’t beleive she is 11.

Our dog, Eddie, seems to love this food. Only issue I have is trying to portion up the frozen Chubb as its quite hard to cut up and I don’t want to defrost more than a clue of days feed at a time.

Since changing my boys to raw we haven’t looked back, plus it’s delivered to my door within days and it’s a balanced food prepared in handy sized tubs.

My Irish Setter who is 12 years old and who has malabsorption issues was fed on another brand of food which was local to where we were living. Whilst she was on this diet. her health took a serious nosedive and all the symptoms of malasorption re-appeared with a vengeance, despite adding enzymes to her meals. The vet was very concerned that something terrible was happening and wanted to start lots of tests going. However, I had a gut feeling to put her back onto Nutriment and since then her health has picked right back up and she is really enjoying herself again. In fact her recent bloodwork came back with amazing results for a 12 year old Setter. What clearly helps is that Nutriments meat is very finely minced which makes it a lot easier for dogs to digest. Brilliant product. Just wish Nutriment had a wider selection of meaty bones.

My dog had been placed on a diet by my vet and although he is normally fed raw, I initially accepted the use of a complete kibble feed. After 3 months he had hardly lost any and was well behind his target weight. A friend recommended Nutriment and so I started him on a third of a packet a day, split into 2 feeds. He is now well on target and only has 400grammes to lose. He is looking well and is very lively and like a pup again (he is almost 12 years old).I’d recommend this product to anyone who wants a good all round complete raw meat!

My old dog really enjoys this food. She is on medication for a bad heart but her coat is shiny and she looks wonderful for her age. She never leaves any and the bowl is licked to death!!!

Our dog is a 10 year old Pyrenean. The food is soft and sludgy and so far he is not eating the recommended quantity to get the nutrients he requires. He has a meal morning and evening.

I have a 14 year old Cocker called Ellie and since she was a year old and rushed to the vet after being very unwell has had to have a very limited diet as she suffered really badly from stomach issues such as sickness, bloating and wind.

We have managed through this for all of that time with the poor old girl generally eating just a bland dry dog mix.

I recently bought a Springer and read up on food alternative and decided this was the option for my new puppy.

We were very nervous of changing Ellie’s diet at the same time due to her digestive issues and because she’s an old girl who is not keen on change.

    Wow, What a change.

We now feed Ellie the Senior, Low Purine & Chicken.

She loves them all and the digestive issues are 99% better making her more active and alert,

The family find it easier spending time with her more now, due to the remarkable change in the wind issue.

Its been great, and had made a huge difference to a lovely old girl.

Corran is nearly 13, and has been fed on Nutriment Senior for a year no. The other day I was asked what I fed my puppy on to get such a thick, shiny coat. That says it all for me.

Very palatable, well packaged, my dog loves it having been on dry food which frequently made her sick, Only downside is that I emailed Nutriment to find out my local stockists as the link wouldn’t work and they never bothered getting back to me. I had a friend who knew of somewhere otherwise wouldn’t have known.

Our Jack Russell has become so lively since we changed him to a Nutriment diet – he plays with toys again! My only wish is that the packaging were more environmentally happy, otherwise I could not be more pleased!

I have been using this product for my 15 year old jack Russell and she has improved in every aspect, her coat, her inner self and seems ever since she lost her long lost brother who passed at 13 she has done brilliant, thanks to nutriment.

My dog loves the food and his coat’s become incredibly glossy. No returning to kibble now!

Our 10 year old labrador retriever was getting itchy skin in spite of being on the best kibble food we could get. Two weeks later and there is a marked difference in him. He is definitely less scratchy and continues to clear his bowl with gusto, he even seems a little brighter of late – he usually flags in the heat but remains lively and playful in this mini heatwave that we have had these last few weeks.

I like the tip about skinning the chubbs whilst frozen – many thanks, a few of ours have leaked through the end seals as they defrost and make a mess in the defrosting box.

We are saddened by the fact our dog would barely touch the food after hearing such good things about it. Over the past 5 days we have tried every known possible trick to entice our dog to eat the good.

This is a great diet for my older dogs. They have been on it now for two months , both were overweight but are now losing steadily, and becoming more lively.
It is excellent value for money, you know exactly what is in it and the delivery is very good. Advice is available if you are not sure how much to feed , but they actually need not an awful lot!
My dog dishes have never been so clean after a meal! . Their poos are very small with virtually no odour, and are not runny or sticky .
I have recommended this to several of my friends and will continue to do so
Thank you team for such great nutritious food .

Nutriment has contributed in big way to his recovery from a severe skin complaint.

My tow daxies have just started on this , one climbed into the box of frozen food to try and eat it! Unheard of with other foods! Thaybhad a very small portion tonight and it was gone in a flash with very very waggy tails so i guess they enjoyed it! The dish almost had a hole in the bottom!
Time will tell how it goes but if it keeps them happy , healthy and slim them i may try it myself! ( only joking)

I already feed this to my 12 year old Golden Retriever and having just adopted an arthritic senior I’m thrilled that such an excellent quality complete food is available at an affordable price. I am looking forward to seeing Bear with a new spring in his step.
