My puppy has been having chicken wing tips for a treat but as he’s now 4 months old I thought I’d try him on these. As a wimpy vegan new to raw feeding I was apprehensive about how safe it would be and any ill effects but he absolutely loved it. I gave this as a treat as he’s had a growth spurt and can cope with the extra protein, I guess once his weight stabilizes I will count this in his daily food allowance. He had no digestive ill effects and now sticks his head in the freezer every time I open it in the hope of getting another one. Yet another excellent quality food from Nutriment.

Before finding these I had been buying wings in the supermarket for my 2 dachshunds – these are bigger, meatier and therefore 1 is ample for 1 meal. They love the crunch of the bone and there is lots of meat to give protein,
