Christmas Delivery Dates 2025

Christmas is one of the most magical times of the year, but let’s be honest, it’s our pets who get the most excited when special food or treats arrive!

If you’re feeding your pet to healthy, natural goodies this festive season, it’s important to know when to place your order so everything arrives in time. Our couriers have limited capacity over Christmas, so ordering early really is the best way to avoid disappointment (and those puppy-dog eyes!).

To help you plan, here’s everything you need to know about our Christmas cut-off dates for 2025.

Final Christmas Delivery Dates

Orders placed before 11am qualify for the delivery windows below.

👉 For 24-hour postcodes

The last day for pre-Christmas delivery is:

Monday 22nd December – delivered Tuesday 23rd December

Please note: Orders placed from 22nd December after 11am onwards will start arriving from 30th December to 6th January, depending on location.

👉 For 48-hour postcodes

The last delivery before the holidays will generally be:

Wednesday 17th December - delivered Friday 19th December

Orders placed after this will start being delivered from 7th January, 2026.

Want Your Pet's Food in Time for Christmas?

Because the Christmas period is incredibly busy, couriers may experience delays. The earlier you order, the safer - plus you can then relax & enjoy the festive build-up, knowing your freezer is full of delicious food!

What days are we open?

Our UK-based Customer Service team will be open on most dates leading up to Christmas, except:

  • 21st December - Closed
  • 24th December - Closed from 2pm
  • 25th December – Closed
  • 26th December – Closed
  • 28th December – Closed
  • 31st December - Closed from 2pm
  • 1st January – Closed
  • 4th January – Closed

We’ll have reduced hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Raw food is made with real, nutritious ingredients, so demand goes up massively at Christmas. We don’t mass-produce or stockpile long-term, because freshness matters. Ordering early means:
