Your order has just arrived in our new thermal shipping boxes. These new boxes provide effective thermal insulation without the need for poly boxes, providing a more sustainable solution while protecting product quality. 

How it works

1. Receive your order

Your raw food arrives in our new thermal cardboard boxes, designed to keep your order at the right temperature on its journey to you.

2. Unpack & store your food

Simply put your food into your freezer. 

You may also have some empty clear bags in your box. These contained dry ice at the time of packing to reduce the internal temperature even further.

3. Recycle the box

Our new boxes are made with 100% recycled paper fibres and are fully recyclable. Simply put your food into your freezer, and then place this box into your recycling bin.

Why have you changed from poly boxes?

We’ve moved to thermal cardboard packaging to reduce our use of plastic while continuing to protect your Nutriment food during delivery. Our new boxes are made from 100% recycled paper fibres and are fully recyclable.

Will my food still stay frozen?

Our new thermal boxes provide effective insulation to help keep your order at the right temperature during its journey. We also use dry ice when packing to reduce the temperature inside the box even further.

Why are there empty clear bags in my box?

Don’t worry — they’re meant to be there! The bags contained dry ice when your order was packed. Dry ice naturally evaporates during transit, so the bags may be empty by the time your order reaches you.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Simply unpack your Nutriment food and pop it straight into the freezer. Easy.

Can I recycle the new packaging?

Yes. The thermal cardboard packaging is made from 100% recycled paper fibres and is fully recyclable. Once you’ve unpacked your food, simply place the cardboard packaging into your household recycling.

Has anything changed about my Nutriment food?

Nope. New box, same Nutriment. Your food and the quality you know and trust haven’t changed — just the way we deliver it.
