How To Order

What fits in a box?

We aim to ship your order with as little packaging waste as possible. We therefore recommend that you bear the following guide in mind when placing your order:

1 Box =

  • 16 x 500g tubs of food + 2 treats OR
  • 15 x 500g tubs of food + 1 bone OR
  • 14 x 500g tubs of food + 1 bone + 2 bags of treats

OR

  • 8 x 1.4kg chubbs + 1 bone OR
  • 8 x 1.4kg chubbs + 2 bags of treats OR
  • 48 x 200g Dinner for Dogs Tubs

What is the size of the tubs and chubbs?

Our packaging comes in two sizes:

  • 500g tubs – 18cm x 12.5cm x 5cm (7″ x 5″ x 2″)
  • 1.4kg chubbs (large sausage-like tubes) 25cm x 9cm (10″ x 3.5″)

Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

Our minimum order for deliveries is 5kgs. If we were to ship any less than this it will run the risk of defrosting in transit. If you wish to order less than 5kgs then you will need to collect from our Factory Outlet, or visit one of our stockists. To find your nearest stockist, click here.

When will my order be received?

Orders received Monday to Thursday before 2pm will be packed and dispatched that day for next day delivery via a courier. Orders received after 2pm will not be processed until the next day.

Orders received after 2pm Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please therefore bear in mind that we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or public holidays such as Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Do I have to be in to receive my order?

No – Our courier is instructed to always leave your parcel safe at your address if there is no one home to accept delivery. If necessary, you can specify a safe location (eg in a shed, garage or with a neighbour) when placing your order.

***Please note that due to the ongoing global pandemic our couriers have been instructed to operate a zero contact delivery service. This means your order will be left at your address and photograph taken of the order's location. Please check your email for tracking information***

What do I do if I don’t want to, or can’t pay through PayPal?

We have the payment option of Elavon available at our checkout. This form of payment will securely process your card details without the need of PayPal.

Will my order be okay if delayed and delivered on a hot day?

The polybox we deliver in will keep your order frozen for a minimum of 2 days, even in warm weather. On hotter days your order may arrive a little soft around the edges, however our products can be put into the freezer providing they are still partially frozen (i.e still contains ice crystals). If you have any concerns once your order arrives please take photos and contact us immediately so we can advise.

***Please be aware we are experiencing a higher number of delays than usual due to the increased volume of parcels within the courier networks since lockdown restrictions were put in place. If you are concerned about your order potentially arriving a day later than expected we suggest you order through one of our stockists, in which many are now operating a local delivery service.***
