May Bank Holiday Delivery Schedule

Get ready to enjoy spending more time with your pet!

With the May bank holidays approaching, we have some small changes to our usual delivery schedule.

Due to our couriers not operating on these days we will not be sending any parcels on Monday 6th May and Monday 27th May.

If you need a delivery before May 6th:

Next day delivery areas: Order before midday on Saturday 4th May for delivery on Sunday 5th May.

2-day delivery areas: Order before 2pm on Wednesday 1st May for delivery on Friday 3rd May.

If you need a delivery before May 27th:

Next day delivery areas: Order before midday on Saturday 25th May for delivery on Sunday 26th May.

2-day delivery areas: Order before 2pm on Wednesday 22nd May for delivery on Friday 24th May.

Deliveries placed after the Bank Holiday cut-off:

Orders placed after this will be shipped from the following Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday onwards.

Please note: If you require an order after the bank holiday please order as early as possible, as our couriers have limited capacity after the bank holiday weekend. Orders will be sent on a first come, first served basis. Please keep an eye out for delivery notifications to confirm when your order has been sent and is expected to arrive.

If you find your freezer to be empty before the next available delivery date, then please take a look at our Stockist map where our amazing network of pet shops, groomers, delivery services, and pet professionals work extremely hard to ensure your dog or cat has everything they need!

Factory Collection

Our offices will be closed on both Monday 6th May and 27th May, and therefore Factory Collection won't be available for these days.
